BOOKING & CHECK-IN
What are your Reception hours?
We are open Monday – Sunday from 8:00am – 6:00pm
What time is Check-in & Check-out?
Check-in: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Check-Out: 8:00am – 10:00am
Is after hours Check-in available?
Guests arriving after 5:00pm MUST contact the property on the day of their arrival for instruction on motel’s after-hours check-in procedures. Guest MUST check-in with reception staff the following morning & complete registration details.
Is late Check-Out / Early Check-in available?
Late check-out / Early check-in is subject to availability, and is NOT available during peak seasons or high occupancy period. If you wish to leave your luggage with us after check-out, we are more than happy to store it for you free of charge. Should you wish to DEPART EARLY before our office opens, we request that you place the keys in the box which is located just down the bottom of Reception door or leave the keys inside the room, close windows & lock the door upon your departure.
When do I have to pay a deposit?
In order to secure your reservation, Parklane Motel will charge your credit card for the full booking amount 24 hrs prior to your check-in date. We accept Visa Card, Mastercard & Eftpos.

Yes, we have FREE WiFi available in every room.
Do you offer free parking on-site?
We have off-street parking available.
Do you have hairdryers?
Hairdryers are available on request, at Reception
Do you have laundry facilities?
Guests have access to coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Washing powder is available from Reception, at minimal cost
Where is the closest supermarket?
Coles is 800 metres away which is a 2 minute drive and Woolworths is 1.2km away which is a 4 minute drive
Is there a shuttle bus to and from Launceston Airport?
Airporter Launceston City Hotels Shuttle Service operates between the Launceston Airport and Launceston hotels and accommodation servicing all departures and meeting all arrivals.

Are you close to local restaurants?
As we are located 2 blocks from the CBD, there is a restaurant 2 doors up, as well as a great range of pubs, cafes & restaurants, which are only 5-10 minutes walk. Dining hotspots include Brisbane Street, George Street, Charles Street restaurant strip and the Launceston Seaport.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately due to Health Regulations, pets are not allowed
